We do not use farmed bees colonies. We re-home swarms from Melbourne and the Yarra Valley, taking them from places they are not wanted in people's homes, compost bins, sheds and gardens, then placing them in hives on our property in the Yarra Valley.We do not use any other animal products in our drinks. Just fruits and wild yeasts. "
